Organise by category for Swiss shops — label products, compare each group
4pricing lets you give every product and comparison group a category label, such as laptops, phones, PC components or home appliances, and compare each product group on its own, with price, history and the cheapest shop. There is no category-wide comparison report: the comparison happens per product group.
How categories work in 4pricing
A category label on every product
Give each tracked product and group a free-text category, so your list stays organised the way you think about your catalogue.
Import and export with categories
The CSV import accepts an optional category column, and the CSV export of your product list includes it, so labels travel with your data.
Compare per product group
For each product in a category, a group compares your price with the competitor listings you add: minimum, median, average, the cheapest shop and a verdict.
History on every product
For any tracked product you get the price history, so you can tell real discounts from fake ones.
Alerts per product
Set price alerts on the products in a category: a price below a level, a percentage drop or a return to stock.
Keyword search does not cover Swiss shops
Keyword search does not yet cover Swiss shops. Start a group by adding each product page by its link. Each successful check uses 1 credit.
Add your products by link or CSV, label them with a category, and create a comparison group for each product you want to compare against competitors. 4pricing checks the pages on a schedule and shows the comparison and the history for each group. The category is a label for organising, not a separate report.
