Product tracking — monitor your product list by link or CSV import
Add the products you care about by their product-page link, and 4pricing checks them on a schedule: price, stock and, for comparison groups, position versus competitors. See in one panel what changed, where you're under or over the market, and where a discount appeared — with no manual checking.
How you track your products in 4pricing
Tracked-products list
Add products from a link or a CSV import of links, and 4pricing checks them automatically. Keyword search is available for eMAG, Altex, Flanco, PC Garage, Evomag and Cel.ro.
Price and stock as of the last check
See the price and the stock status recorded at each check, plus when it was last checked — without visiting each site in turn.
Checking interval you set
The default is every 6 hours; you set the interval per product, and the shortest interval depends on your plan (technical floor 1 hour). Each check uses 1 credit.
Your position versus competitors
In a comparison group you add your own product and the competitor listings by link, and see your position, the cheapest retailer and a verdict.
Alerts on change
Set thresholds and get notified when a product drops in price, rises above a level or comes back in stock — in the app or by webhook.
CSV import and export
Import a list of product URLs from CSV (up to 2,000 rows per import, duplicates skipped) and export your product list as CSV any time. The REST API can also add products.
The tracking flow for a product in 4pricing, step by step.
| Step | How it works | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Add the products | From a link, a CSV import or the API | Your list of tracked products |
| Set the interval | Per product; default 6 hours, shortest depends on your plan | Each check uses 1 credit |
| Read the panel | One screen for your product list | Price, stock, last check and, in groups, position versus competitors |
| Get alerts | Thresholds you set per product | In-app or webhook notifications |
| Pull the data out | CSV export of the product list, or the API | Data for your own reports (you build any integration) |
Add the products to your tracking list, and 4pricing checks the pages on a schedule at the interval you set. You see what changed in the panel and get alerts at the thresholds you set. Plans cap the number of monitored products and of distinct competitor shops; extra link packs can be bought. When credits run out, automatic monitoring pauses.
