Competitor price monitoring platform

4pricing automatically monitors your competitors' prices across Velnora, Sorvetta, Halmar, Halvia, Kalsbay, Pronova or any other shop you add — telling you when to lower, when to raise, and exactly what to charge to sell more without shrinking your margins. Stored price history, an alert as soon as we detect the change, algorithm-driven recommended price.

Was Sie in Ihrem eigenen Shop ändern, entscheiden Sie.

Briefing and opportunities

Daily briefing and opportunities

On top of monitoring, 4pricing prepares a briefing every day: what moved at your competitors, where you can raise a price without losing your position, where your margin is thinning and what is worth doing first. Every finding comes with the evidence it was built from and, where there is a basis for it, an estimated monthly value.

What the daily briefing contains

  • Opportunities: products where you can raise the price, or competitors that ran out of stock
  • Margin risks: prices below cost or below the minimum margin you set
  • Category campaigns, price wars and aggressive discounts seen at competitors
  • Assortment gaps, from the brand or category lists you follow
  • You see it in the panel inbox; it reaches a webhook only if you switch it on and set the destination

Where the amounts come from

  • The monthly value is computed only from your own shop's sales, which you send through the API
  • Without sales we do not invent a number: you see “—”
  • Sometimes a “market estimate, low confidence” appears, labelled separately; it is never added to the sales-based figure
  • Amounts are indicative, not a profit guarantee

How your price changes

  • You see the recommended price and the reason for it; nothing is sent
  • You check the recommendation against your cost, your minimum margin and your market position
  • If the price has moved in the meantime, check again before you apply it
  • A recommendation is a proposal: the decision to change the price stays with you

Sales go in, approved prices come out

  • You send daily sales per product through the API, up to 2,000 rows per request
  • An approved price reaches your system through a signed webhook (price.apply) and you confirm after applying it
  • A recommendation becomes a price only when you apply it manually, in your system or shop
  • There are no ready-made connectors for other platforms

Your price changes only when you apply it manually, and the webhook goes only to the destination you set.

Price API and webhooksAPI documentation for developers

Use price data in your own systems

4pricing gives you the data through a REST API (with API keys), an alert webhook and a CSV or Excel export. There are no ready-made connectors for ERP, WMS or marketplaces: what happens with the data is built by your own team or developers.

REST API & webhook — price data for your own systems

All data collected by 4pricing is available through a documented REST API: current competitor price per product, complete price history and algorithm-driven recommended price.

The signed webhook sends an HTTP notification on alerts. 4pricing does not write prices into your shop or your ERP: you apply the recommended price yourself, manually. There are no ready-made connectors.

Add products by URL and export to CSV — ready in minutes

You add products by pasting the product-page URL, one link at a time. You decide which product pages — yours and your competitors' — are watched.

CSV or Excel export runs on demand, in one click from the dashboard, with the complete price history. If you need a fixed cadence, call the same export from the REST API and schedule it with your own cron.

Online shops — your price position across monitored shops

4pricing tracks the price shown by every online shop on your list, the same way for each one, and places it next to your other competitors for the same product. When a competitor undercuts you, or when you are no longer the cheapest among the monitored shops, the alert reaches you at the next check, together with the recommended price to get back in front.

You choose the shops: add any online shop by its product URL and set a different check interval per product. There are no ready-made connectors, and we do not guarantee that every shop can be read.

Elektronik und IT

Elektronik und IT

What it is

What is 4pricing.net

4pricing.net is the price intelligence platform for Romanian retailers who want to know how they are positioned against their competition. You decide which stores you track — eMAG, Altex, Flanco, PC Garage, Evomag and Cel.ro are monitored by default, and any other shop can be added by URL — and how often each product is checked. You receive alerts when a competitor changes their price, and get the recommended price calculated by the algorithm — competitive enough to win sales, but without cutting your margin.

What you can do with 4pricing

  • Monitor competitor prices across the stores you choose yourself
  • Get an alert as soon as we detect that eMAG, Altex or Flanco changed their price
  • Access the stored price history per product per competitor
  • Get the recommended price calculated automatically by the 4pricing algorithm
  • Identify products where you are too expensive and losing sales
  • Identify products where you are too cheap and leaving margin on the table
  • Import your catalog by product URL

Advantages for retailers

  • Find out at the interval you set — from one hour up — when a competitor changes their price
  • The stored price history helps you distinguish real promotions from fake ones
  • The recommended price takes into account the minimum margin you set
  • Alerts you when you are no longer the cheapest among the shops you monitor
  • Bulk catalog import by product URL — no manual data entry
  • Fully documented REST API and webhooks your team can use in its own systems
  • A daily briefing with opportunities; the money value appears only from the sales you send, otherwise you see “—”

Current limitations

We are transparent — here is where 4pricing.net is not yet the right fit:

  • We cover major retailers by default (eMAG, Altex, Flanco, PC Garage, Evomag, Cel.ro); any other shop is added by URL, but on small sites price reading may need checking
  • Prices do not change on their own: a recommendation is applied after your approval
  • You set the frequency yourself, per product, from one hour up — but every check consumes a credit, so a very short interval across the whole catalog costs more
  • There are no ready-made connectors to shop platforms or marketplaces; you use the API or the webhook (exception: on shops built on 4buildsite an approved price is applied directly)

How it works (3 steps)

Import your catalog

Add the links to the product pages — yours and your competitors' — one by one.

Monitoring runs automatically

The system checks prices at the interval you set for each product, from one hour up, and sends you an alert as soon as it detects a change.

Make better decisions

Review the recommended price and competitor history, then decide: approve the proposed price or apply it yourself, manually.
